Always with a bottle of milk in hand, Dana prepares her biscuits like little Christmas jewels.
Pink icing, gold sugar, tiny silver pearls… every detail shines under the light of the garlands.

Under her sparkling glass dome, Dana keeps the secret recipe for Christmas cookies.

My inspiration for this collection

The "La Fabrique à Biscuits" collection was born from a stroll through the illuminated streets of Strasbourg.
The shop windows were overflowing with Christmas cookies, golden gingerbread, and sparkling garlands.
I wanted to capture that moment: the sweetness, the scents of almond, honey, and cinnamon. And so my little pastry elves, guardians of these treats, were born...

Each one shapes, decorates or perfumes the biscuits. Under their mini glass bell, they tell what I love most about this season: Christmas markets, the lights of the cities, the smell of hot chocolate, soft biscuits and the magic of the holidays.

This unique piece was created in my workshop near Paris. Each element is handcrafted with patience and attention to detail. A miniature world to collect, or to give as a gift to someone you love.
